Here's why sellers prefer working with you when you have private money backing:
Think about someone who needs to sell their house quickly.
Maybe they're facing foreclosure, inherited a property they can't handle or they're getting divorced and need to split the assets fast.
These sellers have two choices:
1. Work with a traditional buyer who needs a mortgage (which takes 30-45 days and might fall through)...
2. Or work with you, who can close in 7-14 days with cash.
Even if your offer is $10,000 or $20,000 less than the other guy's...
They'll choose you every single time.
Why?
Because speed and certainty are worth more to them than a few extra dollars.
That difference becomes your instant profit.
Let's say there's a house worth $200,000 after repairs.
A traditional buyer offers $180,000 but needs financing.
You offer $160,000 cash and can close next week.
The seller takes your offer.
You just made an extra $20,000 simply because you had access to private money.
Do that on just 5 deals per year, and you've made an extra $100,000.
Do that on 10 deals per year, and you've made an extra $200,000.
That's how you become wealthy using other people's money.

I thought you needed to know millionaires or have connections on Wall Street.

The time will not work for me at 12:00 PM Eastern. Can I still participate?
Yes! Though the challenge will be happening LIVE, you'll still be able to watch the replays if you can't attend.
That said, please make EVERY EFFORT to attend live as you'll benefit greatly from how interactive the challenge is.
