I got into real estate investing while flying airplanes and helicopters for the Navy.
I started flipping about 1 house per year as a side hustle.
But it took a lot of time and effort. I was still flying for the Navy all day, my wife had recently given birth to our first baby, and I was spending all my time trying to fix up these houses.
I needed a better system.
After my first couple flips, I discovered the 7 Figure Flipping community... and it set me on a path that changed everything.
I did 67 deals that first year after joining. The following year, I did 135. Then almost 200.
During that time, my wife and I had 2 more boys, one with a congenital heart defect that turned our lives upside down and required a lot of time in the hospital.
